We are a multi-award winning health & social care recruiter, currently recruiting experienced Intensive Support Workers for our client in Hampshire. This is a permanent role for 37.5 hours per week to include some evenings, weekends and on call duties. Providing holistic support to neurodivergent children, young people and their families. You will combine trauma-informed care and advocacy to deliver high quality interventions. Foster trust and understanding whilst making a meaningful difference to the lives of those you support. Successful applicants will have previous experience of supporting neurodivergent children, young people and families in acute settings. It would be desirable if you, have diploma level 3 in Young People Workforce or similar. Recognised Social Work qualification would be beneficial along with PMVA training.
