For October 2025 or soon after, Thornton College is looking to appoint a highly organised Admissions and Marketing Assistant to join our busy and forward-thinking team.
Our ISI inspection report judged the school to be 'Excellent' in all areas and our CSI Inspection in 2024 judged the school to be 'Outstanding in all areas.' The successful candidate will be joining a school community committed to excellence, innovation and the flourishing of every individual.
Responsibilities
* Support the full admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
* Assist with UKVI compliance.
* Contribute to marketing campaigns and social media content.
* Help to deliver key school events.
* Learn new systems quickly and work collaboratively across departments.
Qualifications and Skills
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to supporting both admissions and marketing functions.
* Experience with social media, digital communications, and event coordination is essential.
* Genuine enthusiasm for promoting the values and ethos of Thornton College.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
We offer a friendly and supportive work environment, generous pro-rata fee remission, staff lunches and free parking set in 25 acres of wonderful grounds.
The position is full time with 25 days holiday pay plus paid bank holidays.
