Job Description
Join our collaborative and inclusive Marketing team as a Content & Proposals Specialist, where you’ll help shape the narrative around private markets and support strategic proposal activity. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong grasp of financial markets. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to produce high-quality content and proposals that resonate with institutional and wholesale audiences.
What you’ll be doing:
* Creating engaging content across formats including blogs, articles, presentations, podcasts and video scripts
* Translating complex private markets topics into clear, compelling narratives
* Coordinating and drafting responses to RFPs and DDQs, ensuring timely delivery
* Maintaining and updating the proposals content library
* Editing and proofreading content to uphold brand tone and style
* Monitoring content performance and feeding insights into continuous improvement
* Keeping up to date with macroeconomic and industry developments
* Contributing to a kind, collaborative and inclusive team culture
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* A relevant BA/BSc degree and 2–4 years’ experience in asset management or financial services
* Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills across multiple content formats
* Hands-on experience with RFP/DDQ processes and proposal coordination
* Foundational understanding of private markets and investment processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational and project management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel
* Experience with tools like Qvidian, Bloomberg, Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus
