Location: Remote, covering West London
Reporting to: Area Director
The Role
We are looking for individuals with experience in both new business development and account management, focusing on acquiring commercial agents in a designated area to advertise their properties on Rightmove. You will manage and grow both new and existing customer accounts to meet business goals, primarily through face-to-face activities. You should be driven to exceed KPIs and eager for professional and personal development within this sector.
What you'll be doing
* Achieving sales revenue targets and activity goals
* Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business
* Providing excellent account management and upselling Rightmove’s products
* Ensuring customers understand Rightmove products and pricing, delivering value-added solutions
* Using data to inform review meetings with clients
* Coordinating with support teams for billing and administrative processes
* Collaborating with team members to maximize opportunities
* Attending monthly meetings
* Managing external relationships and resolving customer queries
* Representing Rightmove positively and supporting team development
