Morgan Associates is a well-established independent lettings and estate agency based in Cheltenham. We are looking for a highly organised Lettings Co-ordinator to join our team and support the smooth running of our busy lettings department.
The Role
You'll play a key part in ensuring our lettings office runs efficiently and professionally.
This includes:
Handling tenancy administration from initial enquiry through to move-in
Processing tenant applications, references, and Right to Rent checks
Liaising with landlords and tenants on applications, negotiations, and agreements
Maintaining accurate records on our lettings software and updating our website
Coordinating property advertising, viewings, and feedback
Assisting with property boards, utility notifications, and compliance documents
Providing first-class customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using property management software (training provided)
Able to work well under pressure in a busy office environment
Professional, with strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player, willing to assist colleagues where needed
Previous lettings or property administration experience is preferred but not essential
Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–12.30pm)
