This role represents an excellent opportunity to continue to develop the quality of education at the school, working with colleagues across the trust to support the progress of our students. Responsibilities Lead the school as Head of School and contribute to the ongoing development of the quality of education, working with colleagues across the trust to support student progress.
Lead on professional development initiatives, including Structured CPL within the school and across the Trust.
Deliver leadership on NPQs as a delivery partner for Best Practice Network.
Support wellbeing and value staff as professionals and people.
