We are seeking legally qualified QA Managers to join our growing team in Birmingham, Cardiff or London (hybrid). The role The team is at the forefront of driving up standards, providing confidence to our key stakeholders in our regulatory activities. This is an exciting time to join as we have been working on measuring the success of a large-scale Continuous Improvement Programme that is taking place within our Investigation and Enforcement Directorate. We are also broadening our assurance activities with opportunities to work with other departments across the organisation. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will own, drive and optimise quality assurance in a consistent way across the organisation. You will be accountable for conducting case reviews, analysing results, and providing feedback to the organisation on identified trends and themes, ensuring delivery of the SRA's overall strategic objectives. You will work as a part of a team that is designed to improve consistency and efficiency. You will engage with senior stakeholders to build an understanding of requirements to build into the design and delivery of quality assurance activities. You will lead on identifying areas of efficiency and improvement including developing recommendations for operational teams. In addition, there are opportunities to undertake thematic work and provide consultancy services to other areas across the organisation to support with the development of QA frameworks. You will need strong analytical, judgment and communication skills. You will be based in the office nearest to your location, with the expectation of working 1-2 days a week in the office and the remainder of the week from home. If you are based in Cardiff or London, occasional travel will be required to Birmingham for team meetings or attendance at events.
