Resolve discrepancies and queries related to invoices and payments. Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers. Reconcile supplier statements and manage aged creditor reports. Maintain accurate and up to date records of all transactions. Assist with month-end closing and reporting. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
