Early Years Educator

Compensation: £28,808 - £31,782 / year
Responsibilities
* Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
* Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
* Create and implement development-focused activity plans
* Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children, and build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
* Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
* Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
* Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas
Qualifications
* Experience working with children in an early years environment
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train further; up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
* Genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
* Team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
* Confident communicator with love for customer service
