Requirements
* CPC Driver Qualification Card

The Best Connection are currently looking for experienced Class 2 Drivers for our client a logistics company based in Bedford. Drivers will be responsible for delivering products to stores are warehouses on behalf of one of the UK's leading retailers.
Details:
* Drivers will be required to undertake an assessment prior to placement. This will consist of a theory/geographical test as well as a practical driving assessment.
* Monday to Friday AM and PM shifts available
* Temporary to Permanent opportunity following successful trial period
Rates of pay:
* Basic pay rate £20.00 per hour
* Bank holiday pay rate £27.00 per hour
LGV/HGV Class 2 Driver Duties:
* General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from the customer’s premises or other locations
* Delivering products on behalf of the customer
* Use of electronic POD and up to date technology (full training provided if required)
* Handballing cages and pallets
* Loading and unloading
* Good communication and customer service
Requirements of the LGV/HGV Class 2 Driver
* A full UK Cat C licence (essential)
* 2 Years Cat C experience required
* No more than 6 points on your licence
* No previous disqualifications (DD,TT,DR,CD,IN)
* Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations
