About:

We are a specialist recruitment firm helping early-stage, VC-backed SaaS companies transition from founder-led sales to building scalable, high-performing sales teams.

Before starting Cosmic Partners, we built our careers in SaaS sales, giving us first-hand experience of what it takes to build high-performing revenue organisations. We use that experience to help founders structure, hire, and scale their first sales teams.

Over the past three years, we've built a strong reputation within the SaaS ecosystem, placing high-performing sales talent and building relationships with some of the top VCs in the UK who actively introduce us to their portfolio companies.

Until now we've worked with an external marketing agency to build our marketing engine. As we continue to grow and see the opportunity ahead, we're now bringing this capability in-house to expand our reach across founders, investors, and operators.

* £50k base salary + 30% performance bonus. Bonus is linked to revenue and leading indicators.

Role:

* Support the development of Cosmic's VC and founder ecosystem by creating and distributing content, campaigns, and engagement initiatives that keep Cosmic top of mind across the network.
* Plan and execute targeted growth campaigns across VCs and founders, including outbound initiatives and signal-based campaigns (e.g. funding announcements or hiring signals).
* Build and grow the Cosmic community by engaging members, facilitating meaningful connections between founders and operators, and ensuring the community consistently receives value.
* Organise and run events, webinars, and roundtables, including managing pre-event promotion, invitations and outreach, and post-event engagement to maximise participation and ongoing interaction.
* Turn insights from founder, investor, and operator conversations into scalable written and video content, and ensure it is consistently distributed across relevant channels.
* Build and scale the personal brand of Cosmic's founders by developing and distributing content that increases their visibility and attracts both potential customers and high-quality candidates.
* Work with the founder to develop initiatives that evangelise Cosmic in the ecosystem, including identifying opportunities for podcasts, speaking engagements, and industry events and building a structured calendar around them.
* Use tools such as HubSpot, Amplemarket, Google Workspace, and AI tools to manage campaigns, automate outreach, organise workflows, and track the performance of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

* 3-6 years of experience in a growth or marketing role, ideally within a startup, venture-backed company, or B2B SaaS environment.
* Experience supporting outbound campaigns, growth initiatives, or targeted engagement campaigns aimed at founders, operators, or investors.
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to turn conversations and insights into clear, engaging content for distribution across channels such as LinkedIn, newsletters, and community platforms.
* Experience managing or contributing to LinkedIn content strategies, including supporting founder or executive profiles and helping drive company positioning through consistent content and engagement.
* Experience organising events, webinars, or community initiatives, including managing invitations, promotion, and follow-up engagement.
* Comfortable working directly with founders or senior stakeholders and translating ideas or strategic direction into structured campaigns and initiatives.
* Familiarity with growth and productivity tools such as HubSpot, Amplemarket, Google Workspace, and AI tools used to automate workflows, support research, and scale outreach.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including campaigns, content distribution, events, and community engagement.
* Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
* Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and the founder ecosystem.
* Based in the UK and comfortable working remotely while occasionally attending events or meetings when required.

The Role:

* £50k base + 30% bonus.
