The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in helping day-to-day operations run smoothly, from handling customer enquiries to processing orders and arranging appointments.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing orders for materials and liaising with suppliers
* Preparing quotations, contracts, and sales documentation
* Booking appointments for quotations and installation dates
* Following up with clients after sending quotes
* Providing aftercare to clients post-installation
* Supporting the sales team with general admin tasks
* Answering customer phone calls and emails
* Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
* Taking client payments and updating payment records
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with CRM or database systems (preferred, not essential)
* Friendly and professional manner
* Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Full driving licence

A typical day might include:
* Checking emails, voicemails and responding to customer enquiries
* Placing material orders and confirming delivery with suppliers
* Preparing quotes and contracts for upcoming jobs
* Booking appointments for the sales team
* Following up with clients after quotations
* Visiting a client after installation for follow-up support
* Updating CRM systems and internal logs
* Preparing the sales team for the following day
