Responsibilities
As an Electrical Installation Assessor, you will plan, manage, and review assessments, ensuring learners understand the assessment process and receive constructive feedback. You will track learner progress, develop assessment schedules, collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching and assessment standards, and liaise with employers, awarding organisations, and relevant stakeholders to support learner development. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with customers and employees, support learners throughout their qualifications, and promote the college.
