FINANCE ASSISTANT
Weymouth
Temporary to permanent position
Monday to Friday 08.00am to 17.00pm
£13.50 per hour
IMMEDIATE START / NOTICE PERIODS CONSIDERED
Our client is seeking a FINANCE ASSISTANT to join them on a temporary to permanent position.
1. Sales ledger with credit control
2. Bought ledger
3. Weekly payroll for staff
4. Using Sage Accounts/Payroll and Redthorn MRP
CV must show:
5. Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance position with a sale and bought ledger.
6. Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
7. Familiarity with standard financial systems, ledgers, and reconciliation procedures.
8. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
9. Strong time management and organisational abilities.
10. Clear and confident communicator – both written and verbal.
11. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a finance team.
