* Have experience in a team leader or deputy manager role.
* Have excellent relationship building skills.
* A drive to mentor and support your colleagues.
* Enjoy working in a busy environment.
* Be flexible - Saturday working will be required.
* If you are multilingual this is an added bonus not a requirement.
