The Basics: Role: Mechanical Operative - Assembly and Finishing department Permanent Position Environment: Manufacturing - Precision Engineering Location: Redditch Shift and Pay Options: Option 1: Mon-Fri (Days) Monday to Thursday (7.30am to 4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am to 12.30pm) Pay: Up to £14.95 per hour Option 2: Mon-Thurs (Lates) Monday to Wednesday (4.30pm to 2.30am) and Thursdays (4.30pm to 1.30am) (39hrs) Pay: Up to £17.72 per hour Overtime available at x1.33 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday Holidays/Benefits: holidays are calculated in hours but work out to be 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year inc. bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks inc. bank holidays following 1 year of continuous service.
