?? CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER / CARPENTRY WORKING FOREMAN - KINGSTON UPON THAMES (KT1 2EE)?? DURATION: 5 Weeks ?? RATE: £260 - £280 per day (experience dependant)?? START DATE: Friday 18th JulyWe're looking for a freelance Site Manager/ Carpentry working foreman to provide 5 weeks work on a fit out project in Kingston upon Thames, KT1. You'll be joining an experienced team and will primarily oversee all site operations.? Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a commercial fit out project with a focus on safety and compliance
* Maintain excellent health, safety and environmental standards
* Conduct quality control procedures and site safety checks
* Liaise effectively with site teams and subcontractors
?? Essential Skills & Certifications:
* Black CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Basic DBS
* Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
