Key requirements

* Minimum of six months' experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
* Strong understanding of residential sales and purchase transactions
* Applications without relevant conveyancing experience will not be considered

Main responsibilities
\n
* Opening new files and accurately inputting information into the case management system
* Preparing client letters and legal documentation
* Assisting with issuing contracts on sale files and responding to pre-contract enquiries
* Ordering property searches and supporting the exchange process
* Preparing for completions and issuing mortgage reports
* Keeping files up to date throughout the conveyancing process
