What You’ll Do
* Deliver first‑opinion medical and surgical care across a varied and often complex caseload.
* Perform clinical examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning aligned with patient needs and owner circumstances.
* Carry out routine and non‑routine surgical procedures, with appropriate clinical support.
* Use evidence‑based decision‑making to balance best practice, welfare, and practical outcomes.
* Communicate realistic treatment options clearly and compassionately to clients.
* Work in line with RCVS standards, maintaining patient safety, pain management, and clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with veterinary surgeons, nurses, and wider hospital teams to ensure continuity of care.
* Contribute to case discussions, shared learning, and service development within the hospital.

What They Need From You
