Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor (Non-Chartered) South East London | Hybrid Working A growing multidisciplinary consultancy with genuine ambition to expand across the business this year is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to join their South East London based team.

This opportunity suits a non chartered surveyor operating at either Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level who is looking for an environment where progression is based on ability and performance rather than time served.
The Role You will work across a varied project portfolio, primarily within the Residential sector for both public and private sector clients.
Projects will provide exposure to both new build and refurbishment schemes.
Alongside residential work, you will also contribute to current ongoing projects across Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors.

The business actively encourages chartership, has several surveyors currently on the pathway and has seen recent success with candidates passing in the last year, with more due to sit this year About You Degree qualified in Building Surveying Consultancy experience preferred, or currently operating in a similar client side role and looking to transition Experience across Contract Administration, Specifications, Stock Conditions and Defect Diagnosis Full driving licence and access to a car, as some sites are not practically accessible by public transport Either working towards chartership or interested in pursuing MRICS in the future This is an opportunity to join a consultancy where growth, support and progression are genuine, and where your development is taken seriously from day one.
