1. £20-£24 CIS or UMB// DOE NEG
2. Nightshift at x 1.3
3. Weekend at x 1.5
4. 50-55 hours a week Monday to Friday
5. Occasional weekend overtime as job progresses
6. 3 years work for the right candidates

7. JIB with NVQ / Apprenticeship, Experience of motors and hydraulic systems
