Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) - Bury St Edmunds
We are seeking a motivatedSolicitor or Associateto join our growing Commercial Property Team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to a broad client base.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals
* Secured lending and property finance
* Options, overage and development matters
* Corporate support on business acquisitions and disposals
* General landlord and tenant issues

What We’re Looking For
We are ideally seeking candidates with3–5 years’ PQE, although we are open to considering applications outside of this range. You should have:
* Solid experience in commercial property work
* A strong understanding of relevant legal principles
* The ability to manage a caseload, with guidance from partners and senior associates
* Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
