The Role
As part of this growing team, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
* Drafting wills, deeds, and legal documents
* Advising on estate planning and inheritance tax strategies
* Managing estate administration for both lay executors and the firm as a professional executor
* Providing advice on trusts, including their use and administration
* Preparing and registering powers of attorney
* Offering guidance on general private client matters
You will have the autonomy to build and develop your caseload while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with experience in private client law.
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload of private client matters, as outlined above.
