Youll join a small, supportive team of two consultants focused on permanent recruitment, giving you the chance to build on their successes while carving out your own path .
This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where youll be out meeting clients, doing drops, and building strong relationships across Camberley, Guildford, and surrounding areas. The desk already has some business flowing through it-but the real opportunity lies in growing it into something big .
