Hourly Rate: £19 per hour
Hours per week: 47 hours - this may include nights and weekends

Ready to take the wheel and drive your career forward? We are a leading energy distribution company seeking a reliable and motivated Class 2 HGV Driver (Cat C with ADR Class 2) to join our fast-paced team on a temporary basis.
This is a hands-on, labour-intensive role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while delivering excellent service. You'll play a key role in ensuring vital energy supplies reach our customers safely and efficiently.
🚧 What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle in full compliance with road traffic and safety regulations
Churn (handle, move, and exchange) gas cylinders as part of daily deliveries - this is a physically demanding role
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements including Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive, and relevant legislation
Complete vehicle checks and promptly report any faults or incidents
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records
✅ What We're Looking For
Essential:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
ADR Licence - Class 2 (Gas)
Valid Driver CPC (DCPC)
A good understanding of tachograph regulations and driver hours
Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasksDesirable:
Experience in a similar multi-drop or gas delivery role
ADR certification covering packaged and/or tanked goods
Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently
Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
