Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm. The salary is £24,000-26,000 p.a dependent on experience.
Responsibilities;
1. Administer the progression of a new tenancy from application to tenancy start date.
2. Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard.
