Maintenance Technician
£42,000 - £50,000 Including Shift Allowance DOE

The role:
· Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure equipment reliability
· Diagnose and resolve faults across a variety of systems and machinery
· Interpret technical drawings, including electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
· Apply automation and control knowledge to support fault finding and resolution
· Complete maintenance tasks including preventative, condition-based, and corrective actions
· Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
The Person:
· Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship
· Relevant qualifications and hands-on experience in maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or both)
· Ability to work across a range of systems and equipment
· Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
· Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
· Additional qualifications such as HNC, IOSH/NEBOSH, or experience with continuous improvement tools are beneficial but not essential.
