Role Summary
To lead and continually improve all safety disciplines across the Estate, with a key focus on food safety, to meet and exceed legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee food safety compliance strategy and policies
* Lead food safety audits, risk assessments, and training across all hospitality operations
* Act as the primary contact for food safety authorities and manage corrective actions
* Lead compliance in health & safety and fire safety disciplines
* Maintain and improve compliance systems and policies
* Report KPIs and compliance metrics to the Managing Director
Key Skills and Attributes
* 5–8 years compliance experience in hospitality, resort or multi-site setting, proven record in driving improvement
* Level 4 Food Safety
* NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards)
* Fire Risk Assessment qualification is required (IFE/FPA etc.)
* Member of IOSH (TechIOSH or GradIOSH)
