Job Summary
Looking for a Band 5 role in the NHS? We offer a 2-year post-qualification program with teaching, mentor support, clinical supervision, and CPD to kick-start your career. Our Band 5 therapists work across various clinical areas, delivering therapy and collaborating with families, schools, and early years settings.
What do you need to know?
* All new Band 5 therapists receive a comprehensive induction, mentor support, clinical supervision, and CPD during the first two years.
* We operate as a Balanced System service, working evidence-based at universal, targeted, and specialist levels.
* Our team is supportive, working in settings and schools with excellent admin support from two main bases.
* We invest in resources and equipment to ensure staff can do their jobs effectively.
* Our team remained operational during the pandemic and returned to face-to-face work in September 2020, supported by new investments.
This is a full-time position.

* Early years services in Family Hubs, acting as the first point of contact for children and families.
