At Clayfields House, we are looking for extraordinary individuals to join our team as an Assistant Practitioner. Your role will be vital in helping young people achieve positive change in their lives. You will work with vulnerable individuals, addressing their physical, emotional, and mental health care needs in a supportive environment.
Clayfields House is a Local Authority Secure Children's Home that provides secure care, education and specialist interventions for up to 20 young people aged 10 to 18. We offer intensive services for those who are at risk to themselves or others, or who are placed in secure accommodation due to offending behaviour or as required under the Section 25 of the Children Act. This role is both challenging and rewarding, as you will be caring for some of the most vulnerable young people in the country.
