What you’ll do on a typical day:
Complete root‑cause analysis for quality issues raised through customer quality logs
* Manage and raise transport‑related claims, ensuring timely resolution
* Maintain and audit SOPs, SSOWs and training materials, raising non‑conformances where required
* Manage the site training matrix, ensuring colleague training records are accurate and up to date
* Support general site administration, including order requests and operational hours checks
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Visio desirable)
* A proactive, flexible approach with a focus on continuous improvement
