Administrator Theatre – Leeds Hospital
Role – Join the nation’s largest Healthcare Charity as a part‑time (25 hrs/wk) administrator in our Theatre department. Salary: £24,043.50 per annum pro rata.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient administrative support to meet required standards and timescales.
* Handle queries within your remit and escalation of complex issues.
* Act as point of contact for visitors to the Theatre department.
* Answer and route phone calls.
* Amend and change theatre list orders.
* Update the National Joint Register.
* Serve as a Health & Safety representative.
* Scan and archive documents.
* Attend and minute‑take Theatre team meetings.
Qualifications
* Experience in theatre and hospital admin processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good IT and keyboard skills.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills.
* Experience in a customer‑facing medical environment.
* Knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology.
