We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join the Broxtowe Community Social Work Team. This is an exciting opportunity to improve outcomes for the community of Broxtowe by helping individuals live fulfilling lives in their own homes.
As a Social Worker, You Will
* Conduct assessments to understand individual needs.
* Develop and implement care plans promoting independence.
* Collaborate with professionals and community services.
* Advocate for individuals, ensuring their voices are heard.
* Monitor and review care plans for effectiveness.
* Support families and carers.
* Maintain accurate records in line with policies.
You Must Demonstrate
* Recognition that people are experts in their own lives.
* Respectful communication with individuals.
* Creative thinking and action.
* Ability to challenge marginalising environments.
* Commitment to critical reflective practice and continuous learning.
* Required Skills and Qualifications
* Recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work).
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in adult social care and relevant legislation.
* Strong assessment and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
