This Autumn, Sticks'n'Sushi is coming to Birmingham - our first restaurant in the Midlands, opening in the Paradise development on Chamberlain Square.
SticksnSushi is as unique as the city we're coming to. We serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality. What youll be doing at Sticks n Sushi Assisting the General Manager to ensure elevated hospitality for each guest in how you lead a shift
Motivating, coaching and inspiring your Fish (the wonderful team)
Supporting the General Manager to grow a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally
Being trusted to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing
What youll bring to us A track record of confidence and hospitality excellence in previous roles. Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager in a high-volume, premium branded full table service restaurant
An eye for detail, always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands
Genuine care for your team: your nurturing approach will make coaching & developing a natural focus, ensuring you have one of the happiest teams in the industry
A Ja Tak (Danish for "Yes, thank you") attitude, embodying our big smile, small ego spirit
