We require strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload. Responsibilities: We provide 1st and 2nd line support via tickets, phone, Teams, and walk-ups. We troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues across laptops, mobile devices, and applications. We monitor and manage tickets within a service desk system, ensuring SLAs and response times are met. We set up and configure new user devices and accounts. We work closely with wider IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues. We maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements. We support continuous improvement of the service desk and user experience.
