Overview
The Role
This is a high-impact position where you will be responsible for maximising ROI from paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, while also managing our organic social media presence, creative design, and email campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have proven success delivering a high ROAS in e-commerce, a keen design eye that aligns with our brand aesthetic, and the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Paid Media Management – Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining a high ROAS.
* Campaign Strategy – Analyse performance data, identify trends, and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
* Social Media Content – Create and schedule engaging posts, Reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that resonate with our audience and grow our community.
* Creative Design – Produce visually stunning creatives for ads, organic posts, and email campaigns, ensuring all assets are on-brand and on-trend.
* Email Marketing – Develop, design, and send impactful campaigns in Klaviyo, including automated flows to increase customer retention and LTV.
* Brand Voice & Copywriting – Write compelling ad copy, captions, and email content that converts while staying true to our brand personality.
* Performance Reporting – Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign results, ROAS, and KPIs.
About You
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing high-performing paid media campaigns for an e-commerce brand (fashion experience preferred).
* Proven track record of delivering high ROAS across Google and Meta.
* Strong creative skills — confident in creating on-brand visuals and layouts for both paid and organic channels.
* Experienced in Klaviyo (email flows, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis).
* A deep understanding of social media trends, content formats, and engagement strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to write persuasive and engaging copy.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
