Our technology is used by elite teams and organisations to train, analyse and engage athletes and fans. exar.live is our ingest and data transport platform for live game data, powering real-time analysis tools across mobile, VR and broadcast. Together, we’re building a connected ecosystem of products driven by data, simulation and increasingly, computer vision and AI. The opportunity We’re looking for a Junior Unity Developer to join the team, with a focus on mobile development. You’ll play a key role in building polished, responsive user interfaces and core systems that power engaging sports experiences. This is a great opportunity for an early-career developer to work on real products used by global partners and fans, while developing your skills across gameplay, systems, and performance optimisation. You’ll be supported by experienced engineers and will have the chance to contribute across multiple projects, including some VR products where relevant. What you’ll be doing Building and maintaining UI systems in Unity (UGUI / UI Toolkit) Implementing user flows, menus, and in-game HUDs for mobile experiences Supporting gameplay and core systems development as projects evolve Collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering teams Contributing to testing, debugging, and overall product polish Learning and developing across performance optimisation and cross-platform development What we’re looking for Around 1–2 years’ experience with Unity (academic, personal, or professional) Solid foundation in C# and Unity workflows Strong interest in UI/UX and player interaction Awareness of modern mobile game standards and player expectations A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow Any exposure to VR, multiplayer, or live data-driven applications is a bonus Application process If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.
