MacGregor Black are working with a growing Retail business on the search for a Regional Sales Manager – Northern Europe. This is a permanent role based in the UK.
You will be responsible for developing and managing key wholesale accounts across a defined European region, driving sales growth, and elevating brand presence across a range of retail partners. This role will involve regular travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
* Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across the region
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers and commercial partners
* Present product ranges and negotiate commercial terms with clients
* Build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts across wholesale and retail channels
* Analyse sales performance and market data to inform strategy and maximise opportunities
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance
* Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, merchandising and operations to ensure seamless execution
* Participate in seasonal planning, forecasting and commercial review meetings
* Provide regular sales reporting and insights to senior leadership
* Support brand-building initiatives with partners, ensuring strong in-store and online presence
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Account Manager or similar commercial role within a retail environment
* A strong existing network and experience within European markets
* Demonstrated success managing wholesale accounts and driving international sales growth
* Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
* Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking ability
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the region
* Highly motivated, proactive and relationship-driven
* Culturally aware and confident working across international markets
* Willingness to be based in the UK and contribute to a collaborative team environment
