The ideal Sommelier has: Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment; A charismatic personality, able to ensure that guests are given an exciting and memorable experience; Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the Sommelier team; A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L3 or advanced CMS preferred; Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation; Exceptional service standards with attention to detail; Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently; Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team; Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
