About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our UK People team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities within the unmanned vehicle industry.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer based in New Zealand, you’ll be responsible for executing recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring every candidate enjoys an exceptional experience that reflects the quality of our culture and innovative products.
You’ll take a hands-on role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional people who will help drive our global expansion. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure we hire talented individuals who align with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and own the full-cycle recruitment for from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting offer processes.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles, proactively sourcing talent through multiple channels
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and key success profiles
* Provide guidance on hiring processes and help managers run smooth, effective, and inclusive recruitment cycles
* Deliver an exceptional, consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process, reflecting our culture and values
* Ensure all communication and interactions contribute positively to our employer brand
* Maintain our ATS (Rippling) and recruitment workflows to keep the hiring process efficient and organised
* Support initiatives around internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding
* Look for opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools as we scale
You will have:
* 5+ years’ high volume recruitment experience, ideally within the areas of Aerospace Engineering, Unmanned Vehicle Engineering or Software Engineering.
* Proven success in proactive sourcing.
* Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
* Highly autonomous, with proven ability to manage your own workload effectively
* Genuine passion for the aerospace and robotics, and our company mission

Location:
