Required: Electrical Estimator
Location: Cirencester, Gloucester
Job Type: Permanent - Full time
(Based in the Cirencester office with the possibility of hybrid working)
Salary (up to): £50k per annum - negotiable on experience
Other benefits: Performance bonus scheme, 25 days holiday per annum plus statutory bank holidays
Job Role: This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial M&E projects who is both technically proficient and commercially aware.
Joining the pre-construction team in Cirencester, reporting to the contracts director but not limited to:
* Prepare and submit accurate tenders
* Vet supply chain offers to ensure best value
* Present tenders internally, highlighting project timelines, costing methods, and risks
* Lead tender adjudication meetings with clarity and confidence
Experience / Qualifications required:
* Proven experience in a similar role with an M&E contractor
* Strong understanding of commercial and warehousing sector projects
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Skilled in risk management, cost estimation, and value engineering
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good data handling ability
* Knowledge of other MEP disciplines, BREEAM, and sustainability is a plus
