About Our Client
Our client is a leading and well established telecomms business, specifically in the B2B world. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to join their Salford Quays team on a 3 month temporary basis.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator you will be:
3. Ethernet & Broadband Order placement.
4. Voice and Hosting and Cloud Services Order placement.
5. Validation and Approval of customer order form and requirements for the delivery of the required service(s).
6. Management of placing product portfolio services, in-life service changes (modify/upgrades/regrades) and ceases.
7. Liaising with suppliers;
8. Keeping customers updated in a timely manner, with correct expectation setting.
9. Building relationships with longstanding and new customers
10. Customer Care support to the wider business in relation to Service Delivery issues.
11. Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks such as Inbox management, order placement, access requests
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
12. Can commit to a 3 month temporary role
13. Good task management skills
14. Communication
15. Advanced Microsoft Excel use
16. Hands on experience using project and business systems (CRM, Outlook)
17. Fully PC literate
18. Ability to communicate with Service Providers, Customers and Suppliers
19. Full and clean driving licence
