A globally recognised, market-leading law firm is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to join its expanding team in stunning modern offices in Oxford.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, offering the opportunity to provide high-level support to senior fee earners while playing a key role in the smooth running of the practice. Responsibilities include:
1. Proactive diary and inbox management for multiple fee earners.
2. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all supporting documentation is in place.
3. Arranging complex national and international travel itineraries, including accommodation and logistics.
4. Supporting financial administration, billing processes, document management, and internal systems.
5. Organising and coordinating client meetings and events, acting as a professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues while delivering exceptional administrative support.
The successful candidate will have:
7. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar professional support role, ideally within a legal, professional services, or corporate environment.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
9. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing workloads.
11. Outstanding time management skills, reliability, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
