Job Description
3. Develop and execute community-based fundraising initiatives to increase awareness and contributions.
4. Build and maintain relationships with local supporters, groups, and organisations.
5. Organise and oversee events, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and successfully.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising campaigns and events.
7. Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
8. Provide support and guidance to volunteers involved in fundraising activities.
9. Identify and pursue new opportunities for community-based fundraising growth.
10. Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Community Fundraiser should have:
11. Experience in planning and executing successful fundraising campaigns.
12. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
13. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse audiences.
14. Proficiency in using digital tools to support fundraising activities and tracking.
