We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences at Milton Hill House on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Located in Abingdon near Oxford and surrounded by 22 acres of tranquil parkland, our hotel offers stunning views and is a preferred choice for accommodation, conferences, weddings, and corporate events.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assist the sous chef in daily food preparation activities
* Monitor inventory and expiration dates of raw ingredients
* Support the development of commis chefs
* Ensure high-quality food production, preparation, and presentation
* Adhere to all relevant standards
Who you are:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of health and safety, food safety guidelines, including COSHH and HACCP
* A passion for food and confidence to innovate
* Great attention to detail
