Base Location: London and Manchester plus network of 20 offices nationally
The KPMG Deal Execution Advisory Team is a core part of our Deal Advisory business, operating from London and Manchester to serve the UK with diligence and expertise.

Within the Deal Execution Advisory Team, we are a group of subject matter experts responsible for providing top-tier support from developing acquisition strategies and raising funds to executing deals and integrating acquisitions.

What will you be doing?
1. Liaising effectively with clients and acting as an ambassador for KPMG.
2. Designing and managing projects and workstreams with limited oversight.
3. Producing client-ready deliverables that exceed expectations.
4. Developing solutions to complex problems and challenging senior colleagues and clients.
5. Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge activities.
6. Constructing detailed financial and business models, performing complex scenario analysis.
7. Ensuring adherence to risk management frameworks.
8. Being an effective team player.
9. Providing feedback and coaching to team members.
10. Supporting practice development initiatives.
What will you need to do it?
1. Experience in a leading strategy firm, Big 4, public sector, or industry strategy/development team.
2. Strong understanding of value drivers.
3. Experience in project management roles.
4. Exposure to client environments and stakeholder management.
5. Leadership experience in managing project workstreams and small teams.
6. Involvement in business development and thought leadership initiatives.
7. Ability to build complex financial models supporting recommendations.
8. Understanding of how business decisions impact operating models across various functions.
