Job Description
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant care and support services within a designated geographical area, in line with the business objectives of CCH Group.
This role also supports the Out of Hours Service Manager and involves managing the Hub Managers to ensure they meet compliance and growth targets for the financial year. It includes supporting the implementation of branch-level processes to drive compliance and effective cost management.
You’ll work closely with the Heads of Nursing and the Scheduling Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
This opportunity is open to both clinical and operational professionals.
Qualifications
What you need
You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced Regional Manager within complex care, who is passionate about providing the best care. You will have previous leadership and business development experience from a social care organisation, good budget, business management and commercial skills and a wealth of experience in managing and developing teams to achieve their full potential. A driving license and car is essential for the role.
