* Deliver flawless seasonal launches, drops, and digital campaigns that reflect the brands global prestige
* Optimise UX, conversion, and personalisation through data-driven insights and A/B testing
* Collaborate with top-tier creatives, marketers, and merchandisers to elevate the online brand experience
* Champion CRM, performance marketing, and customer retention strategies
* Manage a small, agile team and agency partners with flair and accountability

* 5+ years in luxury or premium fashion ecommerce
* Proven success in scaling online sales and enhancing digital brand presence
