Job description
The company is a growing West-Midlands company, which designs and manufactures RC Vehicles for both UK and International markets.
As a result of our ongoing success, we are recruiting for an additional Production Engineer to join our existing Engineering team at our offices in Kidderminster.
The role requires a professional with proven engineering, mechanical and/or electrical experience from working with similar types of equipment in a production environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Supporting the production team through taking a hands-on role with relevant engineering related matters.
* Producing professional and timely engineering CAD drawings as required.
* Ensure compliance to all relevant standards and regulations relating to the product manufacture.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the entire team, customers and suppliers.
* Actively participate in product development projects.
* Proactively support in the continual improvement of the engineering and production processes.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Proven engineering, mechanical and/or electrical experience from working with similar types of equipment in a production environment.
* Self-motivated with good IT skills (including CAD) and a proven problem solver.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
