Responsibilities
1. Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products.
2. Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork.
3. Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules.
4. Communicate effectively with other departments within the company.
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and report service issues to the supervisor.
6. Promote and encourage safe work practices among team members.
7. Arrange daily cycle counts and follow up on variances.
8. Provide weekly report updates.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
* 1 year of relevant experience preferred; training will be provided if no experience.
* Moderate computer skills for report data collection.
* Strong sense of responsibility, ability to follow supervision, and good communication skills.
Shift: Morning, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
